Schlumberger Chemical Plant, Equipment Maintenance, and Bulk Storage Expansion — Williston, North Dakota; South Heart, North Dakota; Cheyenne, Wyoming
The scope of this project encompassed the ground up construction of multiple buildings at 3 different sites. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new service to each building, branch conduit and wiring methods for general power and lighting distribution, as well as HVAC controls and integration. There were considerable site improvements completed at each location.
The scope of this project encompassed the addition of 6 new train tanker loadout stations to an existing and operating Terminal. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new cable tray to route power and control cables to the required pumps and control panels in a Classified Hazardous Location. We terminated all the field cabling in existing PLC enclosures according to the Integrator’s specifications. We phased new systems in with operating systems in a manner to minimize production loss.
The scope of this project encompassed the coordinated upgrade of main pumps and process pipe to transport Crude Oil from Storage Tanks to the Train Terminal Building. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new Motor Control Centers to power the upgraded pumps. The Motor Control Centers required direct hardwire integration with the facilities’ existing PLC. We installed new rigid conduit systems to connect the upgraded pumps within a Classified Hazardous Location.

The scope of this project encompassed 2 phases of ground up construction. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed a new service to the Main Electrical Skid, installed cable tray and rigid conduit for the distribution of pump feeders and control wiring. We installed underground duct banks to feed and control truck off-load stations. This project had very extensive controls integration to allow for a remote run Pump Station.
The scope of this project was a ground up construction of a new truck off-loading facility with booster pump capacity. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed a new service the site, cable tray and rigid conduit systems for branch and control wiring in both Non-Classified and Classified Hazardous Locations. We terminated all field wiring in a PLC enclosure according to the Integrator’s specifications to achieve a remote run facility.
The scope of this project was the addition of (2) 2,000 HP Pumps to an existing and active Highlands Partner’s Station. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new service to the new pumps, installed new cable tray and rigid conduit systems for branch and control wiring. We terminated all field wiring to include the control wiring within a PLC enclosure according to the Integrator’s specifications. We also provided electrical maintenance services to retrofit a pump house into a maintenance shop.
The scope of this project encompassed the addition of a Crude Oil Storage Tank and additional process pipe and process controls. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new VFD’ s, cabling, and conduit to various pumps and instruments. This project required coordinated phasing of new components with operating systems.
The scope of this project encompassed the ground up construction of a Flow Meter station. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed a new electrical service, various instruments, rigid conduit systems for branch and control systems. We also terminated all field wiring in a PLC enclosure according to the Integrator’s specifications.
The scope of these projects included the ground up construction of freshwater treatment buildings in both Non-Classified and Classified Hazardous Locations. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new conduit and cable to pumps and instruments, and terminated all the field cabling within PLC enclosures according to the Integrator’s specifications.
The scope of these projects included the on-site installation of new Lact Units and control wiring to tank valves. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new services to Lact Units located on active Crude Oil Well Sites, as well as the required control cabling to each tank valve to accommodate the process control of Crude Oil transmission through pipeline. We also terminated the field wiring in PLC enclosures according to the Integrator’s specifications.
The scope of this work included various maintenance services across existing and active well sites for Kodiak Oil and Gas. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we provided and installed heat trace on water lines in both Non-Classified and Classified locations. We provided electrical support services for the replacement of instruments and MOV’s. We installed new electrical services to Pump Jacks and RotoFlex and terminated the control wiring in a PLC enclosure according to the Integrators’ specifications. We also provided On-Call services for after hours and weekend service needs at well sites.
The scope of this work was to provide a temporary and mobile Recapture System on each well site. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new rigid conduit systems for branch and control wiring on skids. We installed new heat trace on water lines. We installed new electric services at the well site to the skids. We also provided maintenance services for these systems at location.
The scope of this work encompassed the new construction of Flow Meter Skids on new pipeline. As the Electrical Subcontractor, we installed new services to the flow meter skids by either connecting Photovoltaic Arrays (after installed by others) to the service panel, or by building new electrical service. We installed various instruments. We installed new rigid conduit systems for branch and control wiring. We terminated the field wiring in a PLC enclosure according to the Integrator’s specifications.
